To be specific about this, plan another route of your destination. Instead of having only 1 route, making another would be very good for you. By doing this, the percentage of you failing the check ride due to unexpected situations would be very low. When in the actual Check ride, it is very important for you to stay very calm and be confident in what you do. Remember the most basic things in aviation and be very attentive to whatever the examiner has to say. Focus in situation at hand and to every minor detail and never lose your concentration.
